Brief Description:

Imagine that you're a magician. You run your magic wand and ideas fly out of people's minds and organize themselves into one big collection. Now the best idea separates itself from the others and stick against the wall for everyone to see. You were able to generate, organize, and prioritize ideas from everybody and it took no time. Unfortunately, we don't know how to do magic but we do have a technique that helps unleash each individual's creative potential to generate ideas and co-create agendas. Everybody gets heard and it's pretty fast. The method is called Liberty structures and it was developed by Keith and Henry and it works this way.
