Join us for a special event featuring impactful documentaries that shed light on the environment crisis in Bali.
Two films will be screened:
1. "The Art of Giving" by Mickael Couturier
2. "Forgotten" by Roberto Natalie
Both movies have received recognition and won awards at the Bali International Film Festival 2023.
This event strives to make the incredible work of these two directors accessible to a broader audience, bringing these amazing stories to the public's attention.
We kick off with a screening at Hotel Titikdua, followed by an engaging talk and Q&A session with the directors.

Plastic Angels will host a charity exhibition. They are a collaborative art project creating art with plastic directly picked from the beaches and rivers of Bali in order to raise funds to provide daily meals, clean water, medical treatment and education to the trash picker kids of Bali.

Film: The Art of Giving
Synopsis: A young cook, an 8-year-old girl and an artist come together to help the trash picker kids of Bali, who live at the foot of a 40-meter-high trash mountain.
Film: Forgotten
Synopsis: Bali hides a severe clean water issue. Villagers in rural areas use toxic water daily and the city's polluted rivers are compromising the population's health.
