Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Project-based Workshop

The purpose of this 8-days, online workshop is to present recent advances in artificial intelligence techniques for healthcare applications using a project-based approach. This specialized workshop is designed for both healthcare providers and computer science professionals, offering insights to facilitate collaboration between the disciplines.

You will learn to:

• Identify problems healthcare providers face that machine learning can solve.
• Analyze how AI affects patient care safety, quality, and research.
• Relate AI to the science, practice, and business of medicine.
• Apply the building blocks of AI to help you innovate and understand emerging technologies.

In a practical way this workshop will cover:

• Basics of healthcare.
• Understanding the healthcare act.
• State-of-the-art in healthcare and leading players in this space.
• Technological implementations of healthcare services.
• Understanding healthcare data and terminology.
• Data Science on healthcare data.
• Evaluation of healthcare systems.
• Introduction to EHR (Electronic Health Record) data warehouse.
• Live EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) of EHR/EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Machine learning approach in EHR - 1.
• Machine learning approach in EHR - 2.
• Machine learning approach in EHR - 3.
• Application of Deep Learning in medical imaging.
• Next-generation healthcare.

Earning the certificate:

• You must complete at least five out of the nine sessions to earn the certificate.

• Python programming.
• Basic overview of data science and machine learning.

Starting Date: 16th of April (Saturday).

Ending Date: 24th of April (Sunday).

Timings: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Indian Standard Time, Daily.

Duration: 16 to 17 hours.
