This Pandemic effected all of us. As per guidelines, staying at Homes also effecting our physical activities.
Therefore, this challenge to stay active during Lockdown whether staying Your Homes.
Please follow all Guidelines.
To Join this challenge does not mean to go out, you may walk inside your Homes, Balconies.
You do not need to carry smartwatch, fitness band, or pedometer to track your steps. If you have any, that would be better. You can use your phone while walking. Moreover, download some reliable App only.
Most of the Android/iOS Phones have its own Health Apps. So please use that only.
As we are our own competitor. Not only number of Steps but to break last barrier. So do not use that App which can count your steps by just shaking the mobile.
I would like to suggest few good apps whenever we create a group (but no promotion purpose). and per day steps will be published in what's App Group.
Note:
1. Need to follow all guidelines set by Govt authorities, have to follow all guidelines suggested by RWA.
2. When we create a group, this group will not be used for any type of advertisement or endorsement purpose.
