Online Discussion: Leading Analytics Teams in Enterprises

The ISB Alumni Business Analytics Special Interest Group, as part of the Office of Alumni Engagement at ISB, is organizing the second virtual meetup on "Leading Analytics Teams in Enterprises". This will be held on August 19, 2023, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

The speaker for this meetup will be Naren Peri, PGP Co '03, AVP, Global Data and Analytics - India Lead, MetLife. Naren has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics industry. He has set up and scaled 'Data and Analytics' capability for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries – CPG, e-commerce, financial services, health care, insurance, retail and technology. He made organizations future-ready by acquiring, engaging and developing 'Data and Analytics' talent – engagement leads, data analysts, data architects, data engineers, data scientists, visualization specialists, model/ML Ops engineers and project managers.

In this meetup, Naren will share his insights on leading analytics teams in enterprises. He will discuss the key skills and qualities that are essential for leading these teams and the challenges and opportunities that they face. He will also share his thoughts on the future of analytics in the enterprise.
