Terms & Conditions

1. Participants Costumes: 

       a) Boys (Sports wear - Stretchable T Shirts & Shorts/Full) 

       b) Girls (Sports wear - Stretchable T Shirts & Shorts/3 Quarters/Full )

2. No Accessories: Participants should not were any kind of accessories during the Gymnastic workshops

3. No Mobile Phones or Gadgets: Participants should not carry any Mobile or Gadgets during workshop sessions. 

4. Participants should carry their own water bottle and towel 

5. Participants must arrive on time and adhere to the workshop schedule

6. Most of the workshop activities will be practiced without any shoes/Slippers, kindly take responsibility of your own shoes and other belongings.

7. Workshop Etiquette: Participants must follow the instructions of the coaches and trainers and maintain discipline during the workshop.

8. Liability Waiver: By attending the workshop, participants agree to release the organizers from any liability related to personal injury, loss or damage.

9. Cancellation Policy: Due to limited slots for our workshops, once a slot is booked, it is reserved

exclusively for you. Cancellations are not permitted as they prevent someone else from taking advantage of the opportunity to join. We appreciate your understanding and cooperations.

10. Refund Policy: Please note that fees for workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or reschedule workshops in case participant in unable to attend due to any reason.

11. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, trainer, or venue in case of unforeseen

circumstance.

12. Consent for Media use: Photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.

By attending, participants grant consent for their images to be used by the organizers.
