Agrasar School is a 3-day fully residential program by the Agrasar Foundation to embed a sense of social awareness, community engagement and entrepreneurship in travelers and youth.
The program will include formal visits to social organizations and informal visits to places of tourist attraction in Dharamshala, Palampur, Bir-Billing and McLeodGanj. Furthermore, it will present an opportunity to get involved in adventure sports such as paragliding and trekking.
15 candidates will be selected for the 2018 Himalayan Spring Edition of Agrasar School on the basis of their achievements, social work and travel experience. These candidates will be also provided with an internship opportunity at Agrasar Foundation and their experiences will be published on the Agrasar Blog. Candidates will be staying at scenic campuses, monasteries and mud campuses during this program in double sharing private rooms.
Candidates will be required to report at Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh) at 8 AM on April 27, 2018 and the program will come to an end at 6 PM on April 29, 2018.
