Agile PeopleOps Framework Certified Coaching Professional

The Agile PeopleOps Framework Certified Coaching Professional™ (APF CCP™) is an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) training program that meets the educational requirements for an ICF ACC Credential.

The 83-hour intensive program covers concepts around ICF Competencies, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, and many tools and techniques to enable you for transformational coaching. This program helps you become a professional coach, allowing you to choose an option to select your niches, such as PeopleOps, Executive, Leadership, Business, or Life Coach.

ICF Certified Coaches deliver and facilitate the program and it combines concepts and practice to help attendees build coaching skillsets, learn coaching models & tools, and take their coaching practice to the next level.

The program delivery structure will be as follows:

Pre Work:

Reading materials and videos for self-learning

Assessments for self-awareness

62 Hours of Training

Sync & Async Learnings

20 hours of coaching practice with cohort and clients

In cohorts, attendees will form pairs or triads

Practice sessions accompanied by coaching feedback

10 hours of mentoring

Attendees can revisit the recorded sessions and learn further

Attendees are required to submit their coaching sessions so that our coaches review and share their feedback

Pre-requisites​

Preferably having a management or leadership experience, especially in team environments

Nice to be certified as an APF PeopleOps Coach, but not mandatory

Experience in People Operations or Human Capital function, but not mandatory
