Basic Information

This unique intensive 5-day hands-on course offers learning
and mastering skills with modern TRIZ and Systematic
Innovation for Business and Management to increase
innovative and creative performance of individuals and
organizations.

The course focuses on overview, learning and practical use of
advanced techniques for innovative improvement of
business systems as well as solving business and
management problems through generation of new
innovative ideas and solutions in a systematic way.

Understand and learn principles and fundamentals of advanced TRIZ
and Systematic Innovation focused on business and management.

Learn and master skills with techniques of advanced TRIZ.

Learn how to apply the techniques to real situations concerning
improvement of the existing business systems and business products as
well as forecasting new generations of products and services.

Acquire practical skills by working on customer-specific actual projects.

Certification

Each participant who successfully completed the course receives a registered and numbered certificate of Advanced TRIZ Practitioner, Level
2, from the TRIZ Training International Centre.

Currently, the International TRIZ Association (MATRIZ) is in the process of
developing its own certification standards for TRIZ for Business and Management.
