ADCx India 25

The Audio Developer Conference (ADC) is an annual event celebrating all audio development technologies, from music applications and game audio to audio processing and embedded systems. ADC’s mission is to help attendees acquire and develop new skills, and build a network that will support their career development. It is also aimed at showcasing academic research and facilitating collaborations between research and industry.

ADCx events are designed to be a one-day audio developer conference pop-ups. ADCx India is a hybrid in-person and online streamed event.

ADCx India 25 (19th Jan 2025) is clubbed with Music Hack Day India (17th & 18th Jan 2025), and will be hosted in Bengaluru at the Indian Music Experience Museum. Read through for more details.

Note: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and necessary permissions (we won't be able to assist with any visa/travel requirements due to our limited resources). Also, Elisyan India Private Limited is the company managing the registrations for ADCx India 25.

Ticket Details

To access the tickets, click on Book Now. Discounted prices & offers are available for a limited time. In case of multiple discounts available on a particular ticket type, the maximum possible discount gets precedence.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Any cancellations done on or before 29th December 2024 will be refunded after deducting 18% GST & 10% of the ticket price as the administrative fee.
2. For cancellations made from 29th December 2024 till before 5th January 2025, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded after deducting 18% GST.
3. No refunds will be provided if canceled on / after 6th January 2025.
4. To cancel, please write to adcxindia-registrations@audio.dev with your registration ID and the email used to register for the conference. Requests must be received by 23:59 IST of the dates mentioned above for processing appropriate refunds as listed above. Refunds (if any) will be made to the same payment method used to register, within 2-3 weeks of cancellation request.

ADCx India 25:

ADCx India is a hybrid in-person and streamed online pop up conference that will take place on the 19th Jan 2025.

The tickets below provide access to the in-person ADCx India conference including all the talks, networking sessions, goodies, lunch and coffee breaks.

In-person attendees will require an ADCx India ticket to attend. Online viewing of the presentations will be free and made available via the @audiodevcon YouTube channel.

Music Hack Day India:

Music Hack Day India is a 2-day long community-driven event scheduled on 17th & 18th Jan 2025, where we invite programmers, artists, makers, academics and innovators to come together to ideate, develop and demo their vision of music & audio technology’s future.

The tickets below provide access to both the days of the in-person Music Hack Day India sessions including networking opportunities, workshops, entry to the hackathon, lunch and coffee breaks. Winning entries will be rewarded with exciting prizes which will be announced on the main event at ADCx India 25.
