Nice jungle walks, obstacles around base camp, adventure activities offered by our hospitality partner for your family and friends. Delicious food amidst of jungle, soothing tunes and bonfire ... all will be there at Mashobra Greens.

Accommodation at the best possible rates is available at Mashobra Greens as per the above stated options which are provided to everyone for 2 days on suitable sharing basis (TWIN / TRIPLE) which includes all meals for 2 days i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, if purchased through Townscript.

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future dates / events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 50 days after the virtual event.

IN CASE OF ACCOMMODATION - Cancellations / Refund / Adjustment to future events / dates are not possible at all, as again this one is a negotiated rate with the resort (even in force majeure events).
