A simple upload link, provided in your confirmation email, will enable you to share your run's data with us. 1. Flexibility of Timing: The ABCR - 7 Continent Virtual Marathon is designed to be a virtual running event, allowing you the freedom to complete your run at your convenience on or before the event day.

2. Global Participation: Participants have the liberty to run from any location around the world, whether indoors or outdoors.

3. Activity Tracking: To validate your participation, use any running application such as Strava, Nike Run, Run Keeper, or a similar app to record your running activity. Ensure you capture a clear screenshot of your completed activity.

4. Data Submission: An upload link will be provided in your confirmation email labeled "UPLOAD YOUR RUN DATA." You are required to use this link to submit a single screenshot of your run's activity. This should be done within 24 hours following the event day.

5. Single Screenshot Requirement: Each participant is requested to share only one screenshot of their run. Multiple screenshots or activities will not be accepted.

6. Confirmation and Certificate: No immediate confirmation email will be sent upon data submission. A subsequent email will be sent containing a link to download your E-Certificate.

7. Technical Assistance: If you encounter any difficulties while uploading your run data, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at info@anybodycanrun.com for prompt assistance.

8. Takeaway Delivery: For participants who have opted for takeaways, including the Medal and T-shirt, these items will be dispatched to your provided addresses within 30 days following the event.
