Odunola is currently the Lead Interface Manager at Detail Commercial Solicitors, a corporate & commercial law firm located in Lekki, Lagos. She is a Human Resource professional with over 21 years’ experience working in a wide range of sectors including Banking, Legal, FMCG, Consulting, and the public sector. She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK, and a first degree in English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

Mrs. Onadipe is also the founder and CEO of Maven & Oaks Limited, a Human Resource Consulting firm located in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a prolific speaker, life coach and an experienced training facilitator who is passionate about teaching. She runs a social club named God’s Girls Club, where young ladies are taught Godly values and groomed to have confidence to follow their dreams.

Odunola is currently the Vice President of Association of Law Firm Administrators, Nigeria (ALAN), an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), USA and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA.
