Ms. Pallavi  Sankhe is a skilled Trainer, known for her innate talent in weaving storytelling and humour into her training sessions. As a certified trainer in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and also as an External Member, her commitment extends to fostering inclusive and respectful environments.
She is also a Certified IELTS Trainer from British Council, proficient in guiding individuals through language proficiency challenges. With exceptional oral and written communication skills, She excels in presenting complex concepts with clarity. Her extensive background in Pre-sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Product Development across Software, ITES, and Media industries has helped her in extend her training expertise to Soft Skills, Business English, and Sales Training.  Further enriching her journey, she has played a pivotal role in  Paritosh Foundation—an NGO driving the 'Let’s Learn English and Maths' outreach program, aimed at empowering disadvantaged children.
