He has strong team level, executive and leadership coaching experience in his coaching and consulting career. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from Scrum Alliance, and he is authorized to teach Scrum Alliance certification courses.

Vijay is a certified TBR (Training from the Back of the Room) Trainer. He conducts his training using the TBR techniques: interaction activities, pair learning, concept maps and group discussions. This will help the participants to learn by doing. He uses zero PowerPoint in his training, instead he uses flipcharts (in classroom training) and iPad to explain concepts through drawings in live virtual classes.

Vijay is one of the very few Trainers in India who hold all 3 Scrum Alliance Guide level Certifications: CST, CEC and CTC.

To participate in the A-CSM® event, you must already hold the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential with the Scrum Alliance

To qualify for the A-CSM® designation, you must attend 2-days Trainer led Training, and also demonstrate 12 months of collective experience using agile methods
