Title: Leading Projects in a Changing World

Project activities are progressively impacted by biological dangers, whether they are a result of pandemics or climate changes. Since activities are complex, flexibility is expected, particularly as they become intercessions into larger systems. We are taking a mingled approach and blending ongoing work with three interrelated area that should be dealt with by the project leadership in this presentation. 1. unpacking the values addressed by evolving innovations;

2. assisting with organizational complexity, engaging with different actors, and tending to arising intricacies and vulnerabilities;

3. a sustainable, versatile, and straightforward future is made possible by ecological concerns.

We conceptualize how blended work affects these significant issues emerging in project studies and propose directions for future project management.
