Join the Guardians of Nature Campaign as we trek to the historic Kohoj Fort, a gem in Palghar District celebrated for its scenic beauty and cultural significance. Conclude the day with a refreshing visit to the Hot Water Springs, all while contributing to our mission of heritage preservation and environmental conservation.

Kohoj Fort – A Glimpse into History:

At 3200 feet, Kohoj Fort boasts a rich legacy spanning the Bhoj dynasty to the Marathas. Known for its ancient water cisterns, temples, and its iconic man-shaped pinnacle, this fort offers a unique combination of natural beauty and historical intrigue.

Itinerary:

05:00 AM:

 • Assemble at Outplay Sports Foundation, Kandivali

 • Registration, group briefing, and departure

07:00 AM:

 • Arrive at the base village, freshen up

 • Warm-up and stretching exercises

07:30 AM:

 • Begin the trek to Kohoj Fort

 • Guided trek with insights into the fort’s history and environment

10:30 AM:

 • Reach the summit of Kohoj Fort

 • Quick snack break (participants to bring their own snacks)

 • Clean-Up Drive: Form teams to collect plastic waste

11:30 AM:

 • Group photos and reflections

12:00 PM:

 • Begin descending the fort

02:00 PM:

 • Reach the base village and proceed to the Hot Water Springs

02:30 PM:

 • Relax at the natural hot water springs

03:30 PM:

 • Enjoy a Veg Thali Lunch with Chaas at Seva Vivek Kendra

04:30 PM:

 • Depart for Mumbai

06:00 PM:

 • Arrive back at Outplay Sports Foundation, Kandivali

Important Notes:

 • Carry Essentials:

 • Minimum 3 liters of water
