Dr. Malik is a UG Grad who was intimidated at the thought of Cardio- Respi PT to being the Founder of Breathe & Beat Better & Upcoming Cardiac Rehab Setup. Dr. Abhilasha has been a topper throughout her UG & PG Life but what really sets her apart is- "the need to look beyond comfort zones"

She was one of the leading PTs who was part of the main Covid War treating 1000's of Covid patients in the last 2 years.

Her journey as a clinical mentor to PTs and an empathetic therapist to patients started in her PT School days and the growth with Dr. Malik expands is unquestionable. Getting certified in Nutrition & Fitness is an add-on that is crucial but the crux lies in knowing the core basics right.

A CBT Practitioner & a firm believer in enabling patients- she has been managing to get all her patients to their optimal level of fitness.
