*Please Note-

All participants have to bring their own bicycle.

Tickets are non-refundable.

• Limited Capacity: The cyclothon is open to a limited number of cyclists, and participation is possible only through pre-booking.
• All minors must be accompanied by their guardians during the event.
• The cost of participation is INR 999, which is a limited-period offer and includes taxes.
• The booking amount is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or event.
• Participants must bring valid ID proof and their booking confirmation, either in digital or physical format.
• The organizer reserves the right to admit participants.
• The organizer has the right to cancel the event. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the payment source within 3 weeks.
• Participant Safety: Participants are solely responsible for their safety during the ride.
• Changes to Offerings: The organizer may change the offerings or benefits associated with the cyclothon.
• Cycle Availability: The organizer will not provide cycles for the cyclothon, so participants must bring their own.
• Volunteering Basis: This cyclothon operates on a volunteering basis.
• During the event, all cyclists and participants must follow traffic laws, local rules, and government guidelines.
• Participation without a helmet and mask is strictly prohibited.
• Any misbehaviour, unlawful acts, or non-compliance with the organizer's guidelines will make the participant solely responsible for their actions.
• Participant Safety: Participants are responsible for their safety before, during, and after the cyclothon. The organizer will provide basic medical assistance for any injuries during the event.
• Participants are expected to ride with care, prioritizing their own safety and that of others. Racing, competition, and dangerous stunts are not permitted during the event.
• By participating in the cyclothon, participants agree that photographs and video recordings taken during the event can be used for promotion, media, and other digital purposes.
