9th National Startup Day 2025 in Nashik with CE Shreekant Patil

National Startup Day 2025 Celebration at MVPS College of Architecture & Centre for Design Nashik

On the occasion of National Startup Day 2025 MVPS College of Architecture & Centre for Design is hosting a special event to celebrate and promote entrepreneurship among students. The event will be graced by the presence of CE Shreekant Patil a BHASKAR Startup India Mentor who has been instrumental in developing the startup ecosystem across various educational institutions.

About the Event

The event will kick off at 11:00 AM with Shreekant Patil as the chief guest. As part of the celebration he will guide the establishment of a Startup Innovation Committee at the college in line with the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) guidelines and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This initiative will create a platform for students to explore innovate and launch their startup ideas with the right support and resources.

About Startup India Initiative

Launched by the Government of India on January 16th 2016 Startup India is an initiative aimed at fostering innovation job creation and supporting the startup culture in the country. The program provides numerous benefits such as government subsidies funding support and mentoring to help new businesses grow and succeed. Through this initiative students from diverse fields—arts science law pharmacy architecture MBA BCA and more—are encouraged to explore entrepreneurship and develop innovative solutions.

Government Schemes for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

As part of the event Shreekant Patil will also highlight several government schemes available to students including Startup Seed Funding PMEGP CMEGP and MOFPI. These programs provide financial assistance mentorship and other resources to help students turn their business ideas into reality.
