This is an organisation which started its journey in 2018 by its first phase known today as TREE LIFE campaign which plants saplings in the area of Ludhiana as for now. Then in 2019 it started its NGO known today as Empowering Change and now a production house called Malkit Productions.

Terms and conditions:

1. Please register for the event by completing the form and buying the ticket.

2. This is a fully inclusive event without any discrimination towards gender race religion age etc..

3. Please take medical advice if you are not sure about your fitness level or if you are suffering from any medical condition. In case of any injury ir other likely unfortunate events the organisers will not be responsible.

4. Please maintain social distancing and abide by lockdown rules and other norms as per your local jurisdiction. It is advised not to wear mask during the run and not to run where there are people all around you. You can run indoors on treadmill too if there is no option to run outdoors. You are allowed to run or cycle whenever is suitable to you before the due date.

5. Recommended apps to record your run - Strava Nike Run Garmin Google Fit Fitbit and iPhone Activity app. Please use one of the above to avoid any delay and restrains in obtaining your e- certificate. The uploaded picture should clearly show the distance covered and the time taken.

6. Please record your results with proof before 4 June 10 PM. Organisers will verify the results and send you an e-certificate to the email provided . The organisers' decision will be final hence no discrepancies will be entertained.

FAQ:

. Where we can Walk/Run/Cycle? - You can choose any place/route you prefer.

• Can we Walk/Run/Cycle indoor? - Yes you can run in your home if you want & If you have a proper area.

• When can we get the Customized Medal? - Within 20 days post event by post.

• How to get E-Certificate? - It will be sent to your provided email address.

• Which applications Walk/Run/Ride to use? - You can use any apps like Strava Google Fit Garmin Run keeper Nike Running or whichever you are using.

• Is there any delivery charges for Courier in India? - No There is no delivery charges for India.

HOW TO SUBMIT DATA FOR VIRTUAL MONSOON RUNNING

• Before starting the RUN take a screenshot of your application so that we can see at what time did you start.

• During the RUN take a selfie or a photo performing the Activity.

• Take a screenshot when you complete the run and save the event. Send the screenshot to our email address (sssandhuorg@gmail.com)
