25th AGM of TAAB (IIT Kgp Alumni Association, Bangalore Chapter)

Dear TAAB Members,

Reminder to AGM notice of 05Aug2022, is hereby given that the 25th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of Technology Alumni Association Bangalore (TAAB) will be held
at the office of Affine Analytics
on Sunday 11th September 2022
from 10.30am to 12.30pm
followed by lunch.

All KGP alumni are invited. However, advance registration is mandatory.

Event Cost: Rs.500/- per head
The event is free for Life Members (you need to pay now and will be reimbursed at the venue).

1. Welcome & Presidential Address
   
2. Reading of Minutes of the board meeting held on 23-10-202
3. Receive and Adopt Audited Financial Statement for the Financial Year 2021-2022
4. Reappointment of the Auditor
5. Proposal of merger with IIT ACB
6. Accepting resignation of Anjan Dutta from the post of Secretary and appointment of pro-tem Secretary
7. Any other matter with permission of the Chair. We prefer if queries are sent in writing in advance
