India is Charged to Become a Global Hotspot for Electric Mobility
Over the past few years, India has announced a plethora of electric mobility policies and regulatory measures, including the recent allotment of INR 10,000 crore ($1.4 billion) by the cabinet to promote the faster adoption and manufacture of electric vehicles across the country. Following suit, 10 states and union territories (UT) have published draft electric vehicle (EV) policies or notified final policies detailing fiscal, non-fiscal and other incentives to accelerate a value chain of electric mobility activities.
Electric mobility holds tremendous promise for India as it creates a diverse set of entrepreneurial opportunities and augments advanced skills and jobs and will spur innovation in the manufacturing of electric vehicles, their components (including batteries) and the generation and use of renewable energy.
With this background, Smart Energy (Genesis Info-Media) is pleased to announce a two days Training Program on Electric Mobility & Charging Infrastructure. The aim of the training program is to make the participants understand the EV technology, Charging System, Battery and Battery Management, Policies and Regulations, as well as the business model.
