Introduction:
The recent trend in India shows that women are taking on more roles at startups in the traditionally male-dominated startup eco-system. These days hiring
women as a core part of the team isn’t just important for the women’s
movement or some grander sense of equality but is important for the
success of the startup. But, at the same time one has to understand the challenges faced by women to pursue their entrepreneurial journey. This event is aimed to provide startup
entrepreneurs with different perspectives on the importance of women power in startups.Lets have interactive discussion with
female entrepreneurs.
