The 21st Annual Motif TTEC Charity Walk

The journey so far: 90,300 Walkers & 277 Donors | Raised INR 9.72 crores for 66 NGOs

TTEC is one of the largest, global customer experience technology and services company with over 62,000 employees, serving Fortune 500 and global brands through its delivery centers across the globe. The company encourages a strong sense of social awareness through a range of philanthropic activities organized by its employees. The Annual Motif-TTEC Charity Walk is one such initiative, the objective of which is to create health awareness and raise funds through public participation.

It is a moment of immense pride and joy that the Annual Charity Walk is entering its 21st year. As we look back, we recognize the generous contributions of various sponsors and supporters across the globe towards the upliftment of the community. This event is supported by individual contributions and corporate sponsorships in the form of cheques written directly in the name of beneficiary NGOs. The company matches every participant's registration fee plus direct contributions to the NGOs totaling over INR 15 lacs.

The 21st Annual Motif-TTEC Charity Walk is scheduled for Sunday, February 19, 2023. This year's beneficiaries include:

• Sanjeevani Life Beyond Cancer – Comprehensive cancer care for underprivileged patients across different states in India through awareness, counselling, rehabilitation, nutritional support, skill development and holistic healing, since 2012 – 80G
• Shree Bhojay Sarvodaya Trust – Medical and surgical treatment to address health issues of underserved children and women in remote villages of Gujarat’s Kutch district; residential training center for rural boys with mental disability, since 1996 – 80G
• Swapath Trust – Education and rehabilitation of the most vulnerable children in Gujarat’s Dang district through school retention, higher education support and special rehabilitation programs, since 1997 – 80G
• Udayan Care - Higher education support to girls and vocational skills training for vulnerable women and youth to become self-reliant and gain employability, across different states in India, since 1994 – 80G

Registered participants can collect T-Shirts by producing printed registration receipts and photo IDs, at TTEC Ahmedabad, Opp. L. J. College, Off S. G. Road, Makarba, Ahmedabad.

T-Shirt is available for 4,000 participations on a first come first serve basis and per the sizes available at the time of collection. Distribution of complimentary charity walk t-shirts is limited to the registrants of the city of Ahmedabad (India) only.

By participating in this event, I hereby release TTEC India Customer Solutions Private Limited, TTEC Digital Analytics India LLP and Serendebyte Technology Solutions Private Limited (collectively referred to as “TTEC”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and their principals, stockholders, directors, officers, organizers and employees from any liability arising from or relating to any loss, damage to personal property and/or injury sustained by myself during this event.

I waive the right to pursue any legal claim against TTEC and not deem it responsible for any damage or loss that may arise during the event. I will assume full responsibility for the consequences of any action that may lead to the loss or damage of personal property and/or of the property of my fellow employee/s, including any untoward incident that may be brought about by the products/services I am selling/promoting. I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the event.
