Geodetic Gridlock

An intellectually stimulating crossword puzzle competition based on surveying and geomatics

Rules

1. Teams of 2 players can participate in the competition.

2. Each team will receive a copy of the crossword puzzle and will have a set amount of

time to complete it.

3. The team that completes the crossword puzzle with the most correct answers in the

shortest amount of time will be declared the winner.

4. If there is a tie, a tie-breaker round will be conducted with a separate, more challenging

puzzle in the same domain.

5. All answers must be written legibly and completely to be considered correct.

6. Any team caught cheating or sharing answers will be disqualified.

7. The competition will be timed, and teams will be given a specific time limit to complete

the puzzle.

8. The crossword puzzle will be based on surveying and geomatics themes, with clues that

challenge the teams' knowledge and understanding of these subjects.

9. The competition can be held in person at Marian Engineering College Trivandrum. .

10. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams. .

11. Judges decisions will be final and binding.
